Refund policy

We hope that you are happy with your Some Kind of Beautiful purchase. We take pride in our products and in packaging your purchases for delivery. However in the case that you have received a product which is faulty, damaged through delivery, or is different to that which you have ordered, we will offer (at our discretion) an exchange or refund. Returns must be initiated within 7 working days from receipt of goods, with proof of damage. Returns must be unused, and in original packaging. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
